What better time to talk pumpkins than now? Because of all the really great farms Quincy, MA is a perfect place to spice up dinner time cooking with the orange delicacy. “Pumpkins are a unique holiday decoration in that they are entirely natural, yet a majority of the nature gets thrown out once you’ve carved them. With three games coming up in the next week against the Magic, Hawks, and Lakers it would have been very easy to over look tonight’s game against the Clippers. The Celtics took it one game at a time and did exactly what they needed to do tonight in Boston defeating the Clippers by the score of 95-89.

In an age when virus’ can spread faster than the web 2.0 community it’s good to know there are government agency in place to monitor the H1N1 worldwide pandemic. WHO (World Health Organization), has done extensive monitoring of the over 200 countries that are now reporting outbreaks of the H1N1 virus.

According to Flu.Gov, the CDC is approaching a cure for the H1N1 virus. Unfortunately, the cure may only be specific to certain seasonal strains of the virus. It’s still unclear if the current vaccine and cure the CDC is working on will be effective for future mutations of the virus. Still, the CDC’s announcement that they are on the path to complete H1N1 identification is a huge relief to many people in the country.

Before buying a home it’s always good to look for a few ‘key’ items that can spell trouble. One item that can cause concern is a faulty foundation. How do you tell if the foundation is faulty? If there is a crawl space look underneath the house. Are the parallel timbers reinforced by horizontal studs?

In order to make sure the status of the HOA fee will not harm the short sale process the association should be contacted. Think of the HOA as a ‘third lien’ on the property.
